Based on the same book from Dmitry Glukhovsky. In 2013, Nuclear war has devastated Earth, and the remains of human civilization inside Moscow have found shelter within the tunnels and stations of Moscow subway. You are Artyom, a young man who finds idol in a a Spartan Ranger named Hunter who visits his homestation Exhibition. Artyom is given task from Hunter, if he is not going to return, he needs to go to Polis, capital of the Metro, and find someone who's name is Miller. Artyom sets on a journey to Riga station to acompany a railcar sending humanitarian goods to them, and while his step-father hopes for Artyom to return, the young man doesn't plan on returning, decides to follow words of Hunter and ventures on a dangerous path full of Fascists and Communists occupying the tunnels, as well as the Dark Ones, who are believed to be the next evolution step of humanity.
