Game Settings:

Quality : Low
Super-Sampling Anti-Aliasing : Off
Anisotroptic Filtering : x4
Motion Blur : Normal
Tessalation : Off
V-Sync : On

I used Bandicam for recording and its really optimized for game recording and also very easy to use compared to OBS, i'll be using OBS in future after exams are over for me IA.

I turned On V-Sync, because if not frame changes can be literally seen in this as cuts so its very unpleasant and hard to play.

Overall this is a really good game with good graphical quality and it's really optimized to run on older hardware.

Metro 2033 was initially released on 2010, then its sequel last light on 2014 and Exodus on 2019.
But the graphical differences between 2033 and Last light is Nil and both games require just the same requirements.
