Metroid Crime plays Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke with Crowd Control (Part 5)
This is my first Nuzlocke run! We decided to do it with Crowd Control, because, of course we did. In this stream, we leveled up our Pokemon outside of Vermillion City, lost our bike (so now we can't become a pro BMXer), and then hung out on a boat for a few hours.
We added 2 new water Pokemon to our box today, and they both somehow ended up being called HENTAI. Bill now has a lot of hentai on his computer. Our team at the end of the stream was VIP II (Venusaur), JOJO (previously FLIPS, Starmie), PENNY (Persian), SEXY PIDGE (Pidgeot), GRINDY (Gyarados), and DOUGLETT (Dugtrio). Penny is now the most powerful.
We're playing with the core Nuzlocke rules:
- The run doesn't start until I have The Pokedex and Pokeballs.
- I can only catch the first wild Pokemon encountered in each area, no second chances if I fail to catch it.
- Any Pokemon that faints has to be released.
- I have to nickname every Pokemon.
- I can't reset and reload when things go wrong.
We also have the added challenge of Crowd Control. We turned off anything that would make the Nuzlocke run invalid.
