I use the Red Teleportal to head back to Artaria, where I am able to reach the upper-left corner of the area. After activating a thermal flow switch at (2:39), you need to escape the room as things come crashing down around you, but you will find the Varia Suit shortly after. With it, I head back to Cataris and head through some heated rooms and come face to face with Kraid.

After beating him, the Diffusion Beam is the next weapon obtained, which will help you gain access to a Purple Teleportal that will take you to Dairon, where you will have to activate a second generator to gain access to the Map Station (17:01) and Morph Ball Bomb. With the latter in hand, I head over to Burenia to get the Flash Shift, which helps with reaching the Central Unit in Dairon, which leads me to getting the Speed Booster and save shortly after.
