It's time to review a game that was nominated for quite a bit of awards including 2021's Game of the Year! It's was also the first time since 2010 that a game from this series got released on a main console by Nintendo.

Metroid Dread was released the same year Metroid celebrated it's 35th anniversary and was the first Metroid game since Metroid: Other M to be released on a main console (games released after Metroid: Other M were released on handheld systems only and didn't allow for play on TV's).
