Metroid Dread: Part 10: The Deep Sea Duel Against Drogyga
Samus just recently returned back to Dairon through a new elevator. So now it's time to take a new route through this region. Through here most-current set of abilities, you will eventually bring her to another "train" that takes her back to Burenia
The Speed Booster will help her bypass the force of the strong fan that keeps pushing her to the right, and she'll even be able to pick up an Energy Tank Part during this. From there, you will soon afterwards reach the same room that Quiet Robe unlocked from Samus meme seconds before he got killed.
You will finally reach the Map Room from Burenia. Download it and check out how much there is left to explore in this region. Remember to take advantage of all of your available moves in different ways and combinations to reach certain items.
----------
Later on, you will encounter yet another Gobbler blocking a door. Time for another rumble...
After Morph Balling through a small, quiet room, Samus is suddenly plunged into an underwater room.
This is where she must battle against the sea beast known as Drogyga.
First, you must attack blast away the tentacle at the very top of the room, as it is draining power from the magnetic surface above, and the switches on the side. Watch out for the other tentacles that can attack you during this.
It can also launch underwater fireballs to fall upon you. Only the blue ones can be blasted away to clear an opening to avoid damage with.
After taking out the top tentacle, Charge Beam the switch to the left, then use the magnetic surface to safely reach the opposite side and Charge Beam the switch over there. If you do this quickly, you'll drain all of the water in the room, forcing Drogyga to expose its one eye and allowing you to get a few good shots into it!
You can even engage in a Melee Counter cinematic if it tries to hit you during this, netting you EVEN MORE free shots!
Eventually, if it's not dead by that point, Drogyga will depower the machines again and re-flood the room to regain its strength to fight. Just keep up this process and it will eventually die by petrifying itself.
----------
You don't get anything out of this boss fight, except for the floor being collapsible, allow Samus to continue on through her mission.
Time to save right before another new elevator. This one leads to another new region in ZDR.
