I show the two different ways you can get the Secret Message in the game. The first way is linking a bunch of Shinesparks together to get out of Sector 4. I couldn't do this on the first go from the save, so I cut ahead to where I manage to do it.

The second way is actually a glitch where only users of the North American and European copies of the game can do. You have to to fire the missile as soon as you turn to the left, and you should freeze the balloon enemy. Then you can go up and find the Secret Message.

For the third part in this video, I just show the extra dialogue.
