Note: This description tells you how to view these endings on the Japanese version of the game. The gallery and difficulty select options only exist on the Japanese version, so all other versions only have the first 5 endings. To view them on these other versions, complete the Japanese Hard Mode requirements except without having to play on a certain difficulty.

Also, I know that endings 5 and 11 say that they're obtained in the same way. The copy of the game that I got was used and came with all of the endings unlocked from the start and I can't find any information on the difference between how you get these 2 endings. Leave a comment if you know the difference.
