Subject: Here's my playthrough of Metroid Fusion for the Gameboy Advance. Though I've never actually 100% this game before it is planned to be a 100% percent run.

Info: A pretty action packed episode. We first start off by finding the Auxiliary Power Station and on the way there we encounter a giant spider by the name of Yakuza. Yakuza is probably the first actual difficult boss of the game maybe aside from Serris. His first phase involves him crawling around the room diagonally in which he attempts to grab you with his legs. He'll also shoot three flames that spread around the room. After you get his life down enough he'll go into his second phase which involves him space jumping just with his head around the room...which is irritating. After defeating him you'll obtain the space jump and find the Auxiliary Power Station which will activate the save and recharge rooms but the hatches and elevators seem to be deactivated still. We then go to find the source of the problem which seems to be in Sector 2.....but not without running into our good friend SA-X. This is the first time you'll actually be running from him so be aware as he'll kill you pretty quickly if you aren't careful. Quickly go into morph ball form in lay a bomb (doesn't have to be a nova bomb.) in the first wall that stands in your way and after wards prepare to keep shooting upwards. (You can also use ice missiles to slow him down.) Luckily the chase is pretty short and I'm thankful for that because along with escape sequences chase sequences make me nervous as well. Anyways, after that is done and a little bit of traveling through sector 2 we encounter Nettori the source of the problem. This boss is a trickery one but once you get the hang of it becomes simple. (Still a strange boss with kind of unsettling music.) For the first part of the fight you can kind of stand in place and shoot the spores above along with shooting missiles at the chozo statue. After enough damage is done the chozo statue's head will break apart and begin shooting plasma beams at you. When it starts doing this the plants above will disappear and the plants in the water will begin shooting out spores. For this part of the fight you can move to the upper platform and you won't be hit by the spores spawning out though you'll have to dodge the plasma beams more. (They aren't difficult to avoid though.) After enough damage is done it'll turn into a plasma beam core and after this thing is defeated you will obtain the plasma beam and all the hatches and elevators will be back online.
