Just got Morph Ball Bombs from Sector 2 (TRO),after releasing the Level 1 lock hatches. However,SA-X passes through the area after you get them and cuts your exit out,so you'll have to use Bombs to make an alternate exit. There are a few expansions to grab along the way,so keep your eyes peeled for 'em. If you get stuck,bomb the floor. Sometimes a platform rises out of the ground to help you out. When you reach the large vertical chamber,there's a save room off to the right. There are expansions in the water room,but can't get them yet. One of the upper east rooms leads to another boss. BOSS FIGHT: Pogo-X. Weird looking thing. As the name implies,it likes to hop around the room. It'll spend most of it's time doing this,and when it pauses in midair,it'll try to eat you. That's your chance to get a salvo of missiles or charge shots on him. If he grabs you,bomb your way out of him. He moves faster as he takes damage,and near death when his body gets small. You get Hi-Jump and Jumpball for defeating it. With these,you can get the expansions from the water room now. After the fight,all the caterpillar enemies will have entered cocoons that are hard as rock. You can't break them,so look for an alternate path. You'll run into the SA-X along the way,stay hidden. After exploring and finding more expansions,headed back to the Navigation Room. Seems opening the Level 1 locks let the X enter Sector 4,so that's our next destination.
