I like this title gimmick.

Released 5 years after Metroid, Metroid II shifted to the Gameboy to become the portable dream. It was, however, much more linear, focussed on mass murder and provided more relief in terms of recovery stations, save points and the lot.
Basically, it's COD water spilling over your Metroid. It's not a bad game, and its a great play. Too bad I wasn't born when it was around!
