This is a completion of Metroid for Nintendo (NES) with the best ending. And I also was able to do this without dying.

In order to get the best ending you have to complete the game in less than 1 hour. I managed to complete the game in 54minutees 52.48seconds.

I've known of Metroid since it was released but only tried it a couple of times and foun it too hard. In 2022 I decided it was time to sit down and give this classic a fair shot and after about 5 hours I managed to complete the game.

This year I decided to master the game on Retro Achievements and one of the final achievements was to beat the game and get the good ending. So I did a lot of planning to see which route to take to kill both bosses and get ressources enough to take Mother Brain on in the end.

I don't know how to do all the clips and glitches so this is a 99% glitchless run. I do perform a door glitch early on to get the varia suit.

I could probably get the time down to below 50 minutes as there were several times in the game where I had to farm for missiles and my mobility was not super good.
