Finally, we have our first 100% original composition. Originally, I was going to use this as an actual song for the band I'm in, but it struck me that this song would work very well in a Metroid game. So I've played around with it, and come up with this.

My main influences where Thomas Newman's work, and Radiohead's Pyramid Song. Both composers are absolute geniuses at their work.

This was made for the project "Metroid: Net Mission", which is a fangame. It's a 2D Metroid game, where you can select one of the many characters in the Metroid universe, and then battle it out with other players online. Currently, the physics engine is being worked on, and the game has a little while to go before being complete, but it's getting there.
