Here is another 100% original composition by me. I had no intention of this song sounding so much like Phazon Mines from Metroid Prime 1, but the drum loop I used sounds similar to the original Phazon Mines.

This was made for the project "Metroid: Net Mission", which is a fangame. It's a 2D Metroid game, where you can select one of the many characters in the Metroid universe, and then battle it out with other players online. Currently, the physics engine is being worked on, and the game has a little while to go before being complete, but it's getting there.
