From the Hydrodynamo Save Station, hop in the water and turn around to head through the dark beam door. Follow the path to the room partially filled with water and a blocked dark portal. Hop in the water and with our Gravity Boost we can get to the bomb slot, activate it and go through the dark portal.
Through the portal are 2 Dark Grenchlers, they work the same as their light world counterparts but are bigger and tougher, make sure to scan them, then move through the only door in the room. Now we come to Morphball Tunnel to be launched into, this one has a fairly simple set up, just move through the tunnels dodging the raising and lower cylinders as we go. The next room has a Hunter Ing, ignore it and move through the next door to reach another Morphball Tunnel. This next one is a bit more complex, we are moving through mostly covered tunnels with little indication of where we can go up or down in the tunnels, but it's important to find our way through not only to the other side but also to a very well hidden Missile Expansion (#18).
Beyond the Tunnel in the next room we deactivate the force field we find ourselves in, which activates some platforms for us to climb up (and summons a couple dark space pirates but charged light beam will take care of those). We use the platforms and head through the door at top of the room. Move through this final hallway and we find ourselves in the dark version of the Hydrodynamo Station, the Under Temple. Jump down from the platform we're on and go into the Morphball launcher to get to the top of the room. Open the missile door and head through to get to the Save Station.
