This category is pretty chill. It's only fun to race for me in my opinion though. I don't see myself taking this category seriously.
This run is still pretty bad, can probably still save like 2 or 3 minutes without Dark Suit skip, but I don't care enough to push this lower.
This run was done in a race with Dyceron (DCR). We made up the rules for this category, and this is what we decided on:

- Skipping an area's energy
- Rollshots
- Skipping Bosses/Minibosses
- Using Scan Visor to avoid Super Missile Cooldown
- Manipulating Boss AI
- Skipping the Dark Suit
Banned
- Bomb Space Jumps (BSJs)
- Underwater Dashes
- Ledge Clip Ghetto Jumps
- Going Out of Bounds
- Infinite Speed
- Skipping Phases of a Boss
- Air Underwater
- Screw Attacking Emperor Ing 3
I did not skip Dark Suit in this run because Boost Guardian is stupid.
