Welcome to part 96 of my Metroid Prime 2 Echoes Walkthrough. I will be starting a lot of my videos from the save point, or before the next major event.

--First, I'll disable the echo sound system in this room and it will lead to a switch behind the door.

This will allow me to use the portal beneath the floor to return to main reactor. It's time to face a mini boss, the Caretaker Class Drone.

This guy is all about timing. One of which I didn't have the patience for, LOL. Anyways, all you have to do is avoid the mechanical handles running through the magnetic rails and hit the red target that pops up periodically.

If you get hit by the mech handles it will knock you to the floor and electrocute you causing a lot of damage.

The internal machine will pop out to see the morphball but it is very brief. This is damaging the internal machine will move us to the next level where the magnetic rails break in two. And in the final phase, 3. This process is repeated over till you reach the top.

Defeating the drone will open access to the next room. Disabling the sonic sound system will allow me to use the kinetic orb cannon.

I'll be skipping over a missile expansion here but I'll come back for it on the way down.

A energy tank to get in watch station access. I'll also use the switch so I can use the grapple hooks. I'll save back at main gyro chamber.
