Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

Samus gets the Hyper Ball and uses it to be able to destroy the Seed Core. Once the Seed is destroyed, she heads on out to get another briefing from AU 242. The Chozo world, Elysia, is the next destination.
