Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

I find a Missile Expansion thanks to the Plasma Beam. After that, I head on to welding the cables back together, fully restoring the Aurora Unit to its former glory. Now, time to find the parts to the bomb.
