Hey guys! Welcome back! Our very first goal here is to stop the incoming meteor. There's some slight opposition along the way but nothing too brutal. With all generators on, we can gain access to the control tower where all of our fellow hunter friends are waiting. Just as we all are setting things up.....Dark Samus(What the heck man? Didn't we take care of you three times in the last game??)reappears and in just a few moments knocks everyone out with a huge phazon burst. Thinking her job is done she then takes off. Of course we're not quite dead yet and manage to activate the tower's defenses and take the meteor out before it makes impact.......and now we're unconscious. Turns out now we are all generating phazon and by using our own life force, we can go into hypermode for stronger attacks. Technically you could call this a new suit, but it's more of an upgrade to the Varia suit. Anyway we make our way to the bridge and are briefed by the aurora unit on what our other hunter comrades have been up to. Turns out they've all gone missing and it's now our job to search for them and finish the tasks they were assigned. Also three other phazon-full meteors have impacted other planets. First we need to travel to planet Bryyo and find out what Rundas has been up to. Once here, we find that the phazon meteor is protected by a large energy shield so we're going to have to find a downed federation ship in order to get information on how to take it down. Before we head straight there though, there's an energy tank begging to be picked up along the way.
