Metroid Prime Dolphinios iPad Pro M1
11Welcome back to another video, today's video is another emulator test on the iPad Pro M1. I'm using the Dolphin emulator "Dolphinios" on this iPad. I'm using the Beta version available from the developers project that has the support for none jailbroken devices.
You will need the beta version of Dolphinios if you are using a none Jailbroken device just like myself. my iPad is running iOS 15.0. You will need to be using Altstore Beta in order to side load this app and have the emulator running. if you try to use it without the beta version the game will crash Every time. Due to the fact that you will need the JIT in order to run Dolphinios beta. If you don’t have altstore beta you can use Jitterbug in a secondary device to run JIT.

The game runs at 60FPS at 2K and 4K resolution, but while performing actions like Morph ball, dropping bombs 💣 , the game will lose some frames due to the scene been render. This happends more while running the game upscale to 4K and less noticeable when running at 2K.
For the best experience I recommend to run the game a 2K resolution. The iPad Pro has a lot of power, but is just been wasted runing the game at a resolution the ipad doesnt support. The iPad Pro M1 12.9 has enough pixel count for 2K support. I prefer to run all my emulators at 2K resolution while playing.
The emulator is also compatible with iOS 15.1, I'm doing some test right now with my iphone 13 pro max running Dolphinios.
