Dolphin emulator (PrimeHack version) with HD game and interface textures. Internal resolution x4, Vulkan backend. As you can see, it isn't perfect but it's more than playable and definitely better than the original (in my opinion). A few stutters here and there due to the loading of custom textures, as well as some texture due to rendering outside of the game's normal boundaries. It honestly feels like a native PC game at this point.
