Playthrough | Part 8: Hunt Down the Chozo Artifacts
We saw what needs to be seen in the Phazon Mines but it means that our work with it isn't finished.
Our main focus now is to hunt down the Chozo Artifacts. One of the main objectives in Metroid Prime is to seek out the 12 Chozo Artifacts. They serve as keys in order for us to reach the Impact Crater. But finding them will not be easy and it will be required for Samus to explore every nook and cranny that this planet has to offer.
But in terms of new upgrades, we get our hands on the Plasma Beam, a powerful weapon to wield. We'll need it especially when we return to the Phazon Mines.
In Part 9, we got to stop their greatest weapon. But if you are wondering, that's in Part 10 because hoo boy, this took me a long while.
