4,297This is an updated video about this mod. How to play Metroid Prime Trilogy via shiiion's modified version of Dolphin. Not just a simple config file, shiiion has a SEPARATE VERSION of Dolphin used for this.

1. Download Prime Hack.zip, unzip & place the folder where you want.
2. If you’ve used Dolphin before: Navigate to c:users/(you)/documents & rename the folder called ‘Dolphin Emulator’ to something like ‘Dolphin Emulator backup’. Prime Hack needs to make its own dolphin folder so this will save you from more work if it doesn’t interfere with your own folder.
3. Download PrimeHack Updater & place the exe in the Primehack folder. Run it once even if you just downloaded the latest version anyways.
4. In dolphin’s graphic options adjust them accordingly. Personally recommended: set native resolution to auto window size, turn on full screen & borderless full screen, force 16:9. You shouldn’t touch any other options
5. Go to Controllers - Emulated Wii Remote - Configure. Hit "default" at the top to make sure your controls are set to PrimeHack's default controls. THEN, if you want to adjust your sensitivity, FoV or beam & visor bindings you can click on the PrimeHack tab.
5. You can adjust sensitivity, beam & visor key binds and change the FoV via Controllers - Emulated Wii Remote - Configure - and on the Primehack tab. You can adjust these while the game is open.
6. Start up Metroid Prime Trilogy. You should be good to go!
