I collect the last Artifact in the Chozo Ruins, where I fought Flaaghra early in the game. You need to defeat three Chozo Ghosts to collect collect it. After dealing with paranormal acyivities, I head to the Magmoor Caverns to collect the the last Artifact in there.

I collected the Ice Spreader, which is the Ice Beam's charge combo. It freezes a large portion of enemies but it's effectiveness is limited to where Samus is facing. With my Grapple Beam, I also went and collected the Plasma Beam, which is the most powerful Beam weapon in the game. The weapon's rate of fire is higher higher than that the Wave Beam, but the only drawback is that it has short range. It can ignite most enemies in one shot dealing continuous damage, and fully charged shots can easily kill most enemies in one hit.
