14We have our bombs and can finally scan those remaining ruin symbols. After moving on ahead we encounter our next boss: Flaahgra. She is in possession of the Varia Suit and is the source of the toxic present in the water. Her attacks include firing orbs at you, swiping at you with her tentacles, slashing you with her sharp claws, and making poisonous flowers rise from the ground. Don't be in the position where the flowers appear or else you will get stuck and continuously damaged by the poison in the flowers. This and her slashes can quickly deplete your health, so don't screw around during this fight. Damaging her takes time, as you must shoot the solar panels upwards and render Flaahgra powerless. Her tentacles will retract and you can bomb the slots at the end of the pathway. This must be done four times to finish the fight. Be aware that Flaahgra can and will reactivate the solar panels if you don't knock them up quick enough, but this can be countered by shooting at her, which will eventually stun her. Flaahgra AND her tentacles count as seperate scans, so don't be fooled.
