Samus is back, but was this the best platform for her to come back on?
Of course I want to keep Samus alive as long as possible, and seeing a new Metroid game, even a remake, is well appreciated. But, did Samus Returns bring everything to the table that would grab the audience in the modern day landscape? Did remaking a Game Boy game and what Mercury Steam chose to improve, and what they didn't? And why is this review labelled an Audio review? What gives Dragnix? Are you getting lazy? Well, come find out.


Scoring System:
90+: A day one/immediate buy, regardless of genre.
80-89: A Solid Buy for all cases, unless you're hurting for cash right now.
70-79: Purchase for lovers of the primary genre right away. Otherwise, wait until the game has a reasonable sale.
60-69: Only pick up the game at a significant discount.
Less then 59: Not worth a purchase, avoid.
