This is my any% speed run of metroid: zero mission in 28:35 in-game time on 06/09/2014, which beats the game as quickly as possible.

This run was pretty solid before chozodia. There are improvements to be made, but it's mostly acceptable. Chozodia itself, including the charlie (chozo statue) fight and missing the escape shine charge once, was pretty bad though. But it's nice to have a run up on youtube finally!

My ultimate goal for this category will likely be sub-28.
