The Metroid Speedrunning Marathon was a marathon hosted on April 12-13th where various categories of every metroid game was speedran live online by top-class speedrunners!

I apologize for the technical issues that may occur, including pitch changes, stream drops, or choppy video. I promise that we will have a better setup for the next time we host the Metroid Speedrunning Marathon so that the marathon will be much more enjoyable for you all :)

The game being run here is a fan-remake developed by DoctorM64; this is not the full release, and is just Demo 1.3 which was released just before the marathon (Dragondarch is a tester of the game and had access to it before). The run you see has live commentary by DoctorM64 himself, so be sure to watch!
