In this episode I enter Kraid’s Lair for the second time, this time with the intent of beating it. I begin by heading into its northeastern corner, where I face off against the Acid Worm miniboss, also known as Mua, also known as Josh. I’m also able to turn on the power, allowing me to use ziplines throughout the lair. Then I find some new missile tanks and fight some big green guys. I find a secret tunnel and end the episode at the bottom of Kraid’s Lair.
Metroid: Zero Mission is a side-scrolling action adventure game for the Game Boy Advance, released on February 9, 2004. It is a remake of the original Metroid game for the NES, and is considered a masterpiece in its own right. Aside from just altering the level design to fit a modern standard, Zero Mission added in many new features and areas that did not appear in the original. Many consider it to be the best Metroid game.
