MF AMD issue (unable to record screen with newer games playing & vice versa)

GPU: 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Graphics Card
Case: 600 Gaming Case
PSU: Corsair 1000W Gold Rated Modular
Once I receive it, I will be adding:
SSD: 1TB, 2TB & 4TB Samsung 870 QVO drives.
HD: 2x 2TB SATA's
Optical: Pioneer Blu-ray RW up to 50GB pe disc
Soundcard: Creative Sound BlasterX AE-7 Plus Pure Edition
Monitor: (2x): IIYama 28" G-Master GB2888UHSU Monitor (3840 x 2160 Max DPI)
Mouse: Tecknet 6D Gaming Mouse (Cheep but still a good mouse)
Keyboard: Corsair Raptor K30 (Removed windows keys, they kept getting in the way)
