MFRS Makes an Adventure Map - Part 1
Hello there, and welcome to the new MFRS Minecraft Project. To those that were not subscribed to me since about April 2013, the MFRS is a group of people that get together to do weekly Minecraft videos and generally mess about in Minecraft. We've done a few different things so far including playing Adventure Maps and doing a (fairly successful) playthrough of Feed the Beast. This time however, we're combining a few things together. We're going to be doing a playthrough of FTB's Direwolf20 modpack, and using the things we find and build to make an adventure map! There are a few rules that must be set down first of all:
1. We cannot enter creative mode. At all
2. We CAN spawn in command blocks
3. We CAN spawn stacks of blocks for building of the adventure map ONLY, and only if we have at some point found or made one of the blocks. This is to save rediculous amounts of time grinding resources on camera.
4. We CAN spawn in enchanting books for equipment ONLY if they are to be used in the map itself. This is to stop us having to grind levels for each enchantment, if we need them, and to ensure that we get the enchants we want.
This is going to be a long-term project, and the videos are going to be 15-20 minute segments, because I realize that even though I have the free time to watch 2 hour videos, it doesn't mean that everyone has. These will be uploaded on Mondays and Tuesdays, as they were back when we were doing this before.
In this first part, we mess around and collect wood. And we die. A lot.
