The MG 42 LMG in Call of Duty: WW2 is a fast firing LMG with moderate recoil. It is best used in bipod mode behind cover with enemies in the open. Maneuver the map to a spot that overlooks a high traffic area, set the bipod up and wait for enemies. Keep an eye on the amount of ammo left in your magazine as reloading is slow and needs to be planned so that you don't get surprised by enemies.
