As you exit a vent, keep un-equipping and re-equipping either the Coolant Spray or the Directional Microphone. Do this as you spam the X button to do an aerial. This will put the player in a glitched state where you're stuck in first person view while being able to move around (the game probably thinks you're still in a vent). Guards will not spot the player while in this state. To undo this, either crawl on the floor or just reset the room.
