Head North of village and do this either before or after meeting takes place, commander always heads North after meeting and is always the car approaching village from the North of the map coming from and going to Wakh Sind barracks so if you do this before be fast, that's if you already listened to conversation with binoculars if not position yourself North and after conversation hurry to this point or further North but be careful if you extract all 3 the mission will end and you will not be able to rescue the 2 prisoners for the other task. Ignore the (4 total) thing kinda of throws you off only needs to be 3 inside the vehicle.
