All 7 Mission Tasks from "Skulls Attack" FOB Event in FOB Missions. By using C4, you can place them near where Skulls will appear on the second floor of the Base Development Platform. Once you fire a gun, they will teleport there, and you can set off you C4, killing them all at once. Only rank 5 or below weapons and tool items were used in order to get all 7 tasks. You should hit the Anti-Air and machine gun near the beginning of the video. I used guided missile to get one of the tasks in the beginning too.
