Explaining "why" would take too long. Just read the description.

TieTuesday (a streamer/LPer I follow) has a thing about dunks. Not sure why. He speedran Ground Zeroes using "dunks-only" rules: 1-hit CQC takedowns only, no weapons, no items, no kills (more or less), A-rank or better, and victory rockets at the end.

I didn't really stand a chance of beating the dunk% speedrun, but I wondered whether the Fastest Neutralization of all Enemies trial could be completed using only... dunks.

This was my crazy, incredible, lucky run. The rest of the mission is included, because
a) you need to finish the mission to keep the record.
b) it turned out to be a not-terrible dunk% run on its own.
c) some more crazy stuff happened towards the end.

If you want to try this yourself, there are a few things you should know:
1) Dunked men don't stay down all that long. Gotta go fast.
2) The CP is a cheating bastard and will shuffle the remaining guys around if you stray too far - usually to one of three places: The prison camp, Paz's cell, and the area up the stairwell from Paz's cell.
3) Dying and restarting from checkpoint... kinda helps? Checkpoints keep track of how many people you've neutralized, which might reset the wake-up timers or even take them out of play entirely? I dunno.
