These tasks are only active for the week from November 1 through November 7, 2016. The tasks for this mission are:

* Achieved 10 or more tactical takedowns.
* Neutralized 5 or more enemies using placed weapons.
* Completed with a rank of S or higher.

The interesting task is the placed weapon one--there hasn't yet been one requiring the use of placed weapons. The obvious solution would be to use mines,, but that requires a soldier to walk into the mine you place, and it will kill them unless you use a sleeping mine (which requires you to spend plants--something I want to avoid doing). You could possibly also get this by planting C4 on a soldier's back and blowing them up from a distance, but that also involves killing.

However, throwing a Decoy at the foot of a soldier and activating it counts as an elimination via a placed weapon, since Decoys are technically placed weapons. This gets around having to eliminate them lethally or having to spend non-GMP resources, and is quiet as well. So that's what I chose to do here.

This video wasn't planned, so there are sloppy bits, like destroying Decoys (I didn't need to do that, but there is a cap on the number of placed weapons you can have at one time) and calling a helicopter when I remembered I can fulton out on a materials container. But I got all challenge tasks quickly, which is all I cared about.
