Got inspired after seeing the other GL lads get some better times and thought I'd start working on a sub 6:30 or so. Here's my first effort.

The main thing I focussed on were patience and move RNG. The double bite and sliding charge are some of the worst rolls you can get for attacks so you just have to pray that Mizu can give you something you can Guard Edge into Wyrmstake for.
Speaking of, Wyrmstake does 10 per tick on a raged, bubbled Mizu, and including the final blast of about 78, it does 14 ticks. That means that without including the melee hits, the stake ALONE outdamages the damage you get from a full burst, and should be your number one priority to keep up. Outside of that, stopping an area transition with the Puppet Spider helps a tonne, and ideally on a great pace run Mizu will be dead before it gets free from the bind.
