In this video the I show you how to replace the plastic rear window in the Mazda Miata MX-5 useing vinyl from wal-marts, complete cost of this repair was under $30 for the glue and vinyl... down below is the list of items and steps that was used in more detail then the video shows

setp 1, go to walmarts and buy you some clear vinyl in the thickest you can find, I spend under $4 for all you seen in the video

step 2. next go to advance auto or carquest and get you some 3m window urethane, this stuff if used right will hold and seal just any anything.. mine was $23

step 3. get you some rubbing alcohol in case you get a little on the car and you can clean it right off, and you some gloves so you dont get it over your hands,

step 4, cut the vinyl to size... and test fit a few times before glue

step 5. next take a bead of 3m glue and go around the inside where the window will set, then get a friend and try not get the glue all over you.. and put the window in place and stretch to you get the fitment you like, change gloves if you get any on them, so you dont get it all over the window and your car..

step 6, you can take a heat gun to help get a few winkles out, it wont work magic but it can help, just dont stay in one spot to long, you dont half use a heat gun unless you want to,

step 7, let it dry give it a few days then you should be able to let your top down and enjoy, this is no way the best way to fix your miata but it gets the job done to you can afford a new top..
