Comparing 5 Microphones that I've been using and this is how i would list the mics by quality:
1. Blue Snowball - clearly the best .. or maybe not?
2. SMM-111 Singing Machine / Karaoke Mic (cheapest + good)
3. Logitech G930 - Logitech always has good quality.
4. Razer Tiamat 7.1 - wtf Razer? step up!
5. Logitech C910 - worst, because it's meant for comfort and range.

I really can't tell if SMM-111 is better than Snowball or not, i was bit too close to it in the test i think, so it rattled a bit, but as you can hear, quality is clear. It also highly depends on your soundcard, it connects via audio jack, Snowball is USB and has its own drivers and hardware/software.

Snowball is not good for teamspeak tho, i had issues.
