Michigan kids roll around in 200 tons of mud | Mashable
The annual Mud Day event held at Nankin Mills Park in Westland, Michigan on Tuesday was filthier than ever thanks to a steady downpour of rain and a 75-by-150-foot mud pit consisting of 200 tons of topsoil.
Mud Day is complete with games, relay races and the crowning of king and queen mud for the boy and girl who had piled the most mud on themselves. When the event ended, firefighters and other members of the local Hazmat unit were on hand to hose off the kids.
