This is the last part of Carly's playthrough. When you search for Adonis, you are given the little lore tidbit that Carly and him are dating. If you were to open the locker he is in, Carly will die. Unlike Ann and the next reporter, Justine, that you can shoot and escape with, you cannot save Carly when you tag the locker. To keep her alive, simply turn back around and leave. (I don't showcase that unique cut-scene here. It'll be in the cutscene comp later on.)

Also, Brisco's HOPPERMAN outfit is bugged on the final level. For whatever reason, it shows a somewhat glitched Carly in her swimsuit outfit. This is persistent on every playthrough regardless on who you end with as long as you keep the costume on during that part. The dialogue will also be in reference of Carly's for whatever reason. To fix this bug, go to the special menu and change his costume back to his normal attire. Then you can replay the chapter with the correct dialogues.

During the lodge, a new choice is showcased, this particular choice has two outcomes. The other one of this and the last main choice will be shown off in the next two playthroughs. (Each reporter does have unique "sleep-talk" dialogue when you check on their door.)

This ending in particular shows off the high E, or Erotic, ending. The next ending showcased with be the normal I ending, or Immoral.

The next reporter in line is Justine, the same woman you encounter strapped to the pool table. How she got out who knows, but shes got some attitude....

Michigan: Report from Hell is a video game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture. It was published in Japan by Spike in 2004, and in Europe by 505 GameStreet the following year. Alternately described as adventure and survival horror, the game follows a news crew investigating Chicago after a mist covers the city following a plane crash in Lake Michigan. Gameplay features the player as a cameraman guiding the reporter through different scenarios, with the ending influenced by what the player captures on film.

The game was developed during a period when Grasshopper Manufacture was staying in business through contract work. Company founder Goichi Suda created the initial concept, and acted as a producer. The director was Akira Ueda, while the music was composed by Masafumi Takada. The Japanese version included promotional material featuring Taiwanese model Yinling. The game was not released in North America due to its minimal gameplay. Michigan: Report from Hell saw generally mixed reviews, with several Western journalists noting its unique premise but faulting its gameplay and presentation.
