Here we have Mario Kart 64, if it was a Mickey Mouse game... And also significantly harder lol. The game is pretty cool all around, but the problem starts when you beat the fourth tournament. The game doesn't give you any clue on how to continue. And even if it did, the way you unlock the last tournament is very bad.
