Micro Mages is a new 8-bit platformer. Play solo or with up to four players simultaneously. Fight to get the best score of cooperate to overcome 26 challenging levels across eight worlds. Jump from platform to platform and destroy enemies with your spells: will you compete or cooperate with your fellow Micro Mages?

Micro Mages was crammed into 40KB because the classic 8-bit platform it was developed for was only capable of dealing with this much data at one time. Larger carts had to use a method called "bank switching" to address different 40KB chunks of data at once.

For the ultimate multiplayer challenge, hold Select while pressing B to select your number of players. This will activate BLOOD BONDS mode, where if one player dies, everyone dies!
