This may not be the complete soundtrack. i recorded this years ago from a real MCD model II pal console rather than ripping files from the disc. (By opening the CD lid during the gameplay, it would freeze the gameplay, but not the music, allowing me to record from the MCD's RCA phono's to my computer's soundblaster.)

This is the real Tim Wright OST to the game Microcosm. I say real because it sometimes gets confused on various websites for Rick Wakeman's rendition, due to both being on the same disc. (though the latter is not used in gameplay in this sega version, instead hidden away as redbook CDDA tracks)
Wright's soundtrack was composed by using protracker on the commodore amiga, though searching for .mod files on the disc turned out negative, as Vic finds .sbb files instead - I suppose these files are better suited to the SMPS driver used on most MCD games.

Game versions and respective soundtrack composers:
PC/FM Towns = Pearl music studios, Rick Wakeman
3DO = Mike Clarke, Phil Morris, Kevin Collier, Tim Wright, Rick Wakeman
Amiga CD32 = Kevin Collier
Sega Mega CD = Tim Wright, Rick Wakeman (The latter is hidden, allegedly due to licensing issues with the record label Wakeman was signed up with at the time.)
