In Sailfish OS you are very likely using PureMaps instead of Google Maps or Bing Maps.
Most things are going to be covered by PureMaps, but the "open source / open data" alternatives do not directly come with traffic data / traffic jam inbuild in most cases.

If you sometimes really need it, you can however use a different one and I am going to show you here how that is done.
