Microsoft will make Edge available on Linux, and the major difference with Chromium is the logins (Google Vs Microsoft accounts), possibly the AI assistants too (eg Cortana)

I don't believe Edge will have any success in Linux, or anywhere else really, but I'd prefer if Microsoft had forked Firefox instead.
