Microsoft is rumored to be sending out surveys that discuss and "ad-supported" subscription to Game Pass that will also do away with day 1 releases of first party games. This comes almost immediately after Microsoft announced that they will be raising the price of first party games. We also know that adding an ad-supported plan tends to lead to higher prices for the plans without ads, as evidenced by Netflix, Hulu, and many other subscription plans.

Will Microsoft soon increase the price of Game Pass for the faithful customers that have supported them through their rough patch over the last year?
