Mixer is being shut down by Microsoft and all of its users are to go to Facebook Gaming. Ninja and Shroud are now free agents and can stream anywhere! What will this do the the game streaming landscape?!?!?! Mixer will shut its doors on 7/22/20 as resources move from Mixer to continuous work on XCloud. Microsoft has struck a deal with Facebook gaming where the community will carry on. All partners and affiliates of Mixer will be offered their equivalent in Facebook Gaming. This marks the end of Mixer but does this mean that Facebook gaming will finally be a proper competitor in the streaming space? Leave your comments below!
